Martin Krygier is Professor of Law at the University of New South Wales. In 1997 he delivered the ABC's Boyer Lectures. His work spans a number of fields, including legal, political and social philosophy, communist and post-communist studies, and the history of ideas. He is the author of Civil Passions: Selected Writings, a collection of his essays.
