Her books include Exiles at Home, Poppy, Sisters, The Orchard, Timepieces and Secrets, with Robert Dessaix and Amanda Lohrey. Stravinsky’s Lunch won the 1999 NSW Premier’s Prize for Non-fiction, the Nita B. Kibble Award and the Booksellers Choice Award.
